Albion are by far the best tasting and most productive strawberry we've grown here in our hot summer, cool and wet winter gardens. Very adaptable to many climates and resistent to verticillium wilt, phytophthora crown rot and with good resistence to anthracnose as well, we find the plants live longer and are more productive than other varieties. Give these vigorous day neutral everbearing plants plenty of room and good fertility and they will produce huge crops of very large, firm, sweet and delicious berries from spring through fall. Very heat resistent they keep on cranking out gorgeous berries right through our worst summer heat waves. Hardy zones 4-9.
